Beaches.
Le Logis d'Epargnes is located just 15 minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches of Meschers, a little town with boutiques, cafes and a small port. There are 3 main beaches: plage des nonnes. plage des vergnes and plage de suzac. A little further on you'll find the huge beach of St George, then again shortly after, the beach of Royan. All beaches are fine sand, with cafes by the sand. Cycle or stroll the length of the beaches at St George and Royan! There are magnificent beaches a little further north of Royan at St Palais and beyond, to the Grand Cote and the Cote Sauvage.
