Location
Le Logis d'Epargnes is in the small village of Epargnes in the department Charente Maritime (17) in the region of Nouvelle Aquitaine in South West France. Surrounded by vineyards whose grapes are used to make the famous Cognac and also a delicious local speciality drink - Pineau des Charentes. We are just a short drive from the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic coast, Meschers, St. George de Didonne, Royan, and further up to La Rochelle and the islands of Ile de Re and Ile d'Oleron.

HOW TO GET TO LE LOGIS D'EPARGNES
Fly to either Bordeaux, La Rochelle or Limoges. Train to Royan or Pons from Bordeaux or Paris (via Angouleme).
Driving from the North, take A10 and exit Pons/Gemozac, towards Gemozac on D732, then follow the sign to Epargnes at Chadeniers on D244. On entering the village, just after the village name sign (Epargnes) the Logis is on the left with grey gates.
Driving from the South on A10, take the exit to Royan/Jonzac, then turn left when joining the D730. Follow this road until the roundabout after 28km or about 25 minutes, signposted Epargnes. In the village just after the church (on the left), turn left. The Logis is on the right after 50m with grey gates.
